These are some tips on how to save up for an american girl doll.

Have a jar with the doll you want on it and save your money!
First, you can ask your parents if you can do yard work around the house. If you shovel a drive way full of cold snow, then charge $5 to $10. If you want to plant flowers for your parents or pull weeds, then I would charge $5. Next, If you are old enough to baby sit, then charge $5 per hour for one kid. If you want to clean the bathroom for your parents then charge $5 to $10. If you have siblings, then ask if they need help with their chores. To clean up a messy room, charge $1 to $5. It works only if you have siblings. LOL Next, you can have a yard sale and sell your old toys to save up some room for your american girl doll.
